I came to Mr. Neffendorf with a detached retina and he performed a vitrectomy the same day. Mr. Neffenforf was attentive and supportive before, during and after the operation. I was quite anxious but Mr. Neffendorf chatted to me in a calm friendly manner throughout the operation which helped me cope with the situation and the procedure seemed to be over in no time at all. First thing the following morning Mr. Neffendorf phoned me to check on my welfare and explained any queries I had. I had several follow up appointments following the vitrectomy and Mr. Neffendorf was always thorough and extremely supportive; no question was ever too much and Mr. Neffenforf always had a clarity of expression which was completely accessible to the lay person. Overall the service I received was friendly, supportive and thoroughly professional and I would therefore not hesitate to highly recommend Mr. Neffenforf to any one else.
