Mr Neffendorf has been absolutely fantastic from the very first appointment through to my final discharge from his care. He made himself available to see me as soon as he heard of the severity of my case and the speed with which he operated on me was unbelievable. I came to Mr. Neffendorf with a detached retina and he performed a vitrectomy the same day. Mr. Neffenforf was attentive and supportive before, during and after the operation. I was quite anxious but Mr. Neffendorf chatted to me in a calm friendly manner throughout the operation which helped me cope with the situation and the procedure seemed to be over in no time at all. First thing the following morning Mr. Neffendorf phoned me to check on my welfare and explained any queries I had. I had several follow up appointments following the vitrectomy and Mr. Neffendorf was always thorough and extremely supportive; no question was ever too much and Mr. Neffenforf always had a clarity of expression which was completely accessible to the lay person. Overall the service I received was friendly, supportive and thoroughly professional and I would therefore not hesitate to highly recommend Mr. Neffenforf to any one else.
